What this does
Reads a folded sheet-metal STEP, finds the bends, and flattens it back to a single flat face exported as a DXF blank you can drop into your nest.
When to use it
A customer hands you a 3D bent part and you want the flat pattern to sanity-check or to start a nest, before you commit your own bend deduction table.
What it does not do
No quote, no supplier match, no checkout. The K-factor is a fixed default, so verify the blank against your own bend deduction before cutting.
